1. Estimates & Proposals

All written proposals provided by Kraft Fencing, LLC remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Proposals outline linear footage, post depth specifications, gate hardware, and material grades (e.g., Western Red Cedar, galvanized steel pipe, commercial chain link).

2. Property Boundaries & Utility Locates

Property owners are responsible for establishing accurate property boundary lines or providing an official boundary survey. In accordance with Kansas state law, Kraft Fencing, LLC contacts Kansas One-Call (811) prior to any mechanical excavation or post augering. Property owners must inform us of any private, non-utility underground lines (e.g., sprinkler lines, private electric to outbuildings).

3. Workmanship & Warranty

Kraft Fencing, LLC warrants that all fences, gates, and outdoor living structures are constructed in a professional manner adhering to industry standards. Posts are set below local winter frost lines. Natural wood characteristics such as minor hairline checking, grain variation, or weathering are inherent to timber and not considered defects.
